Date changed for next summer’s Lumberjack World Championship
Women compete in chopping events at the 2022 Lumberjack World Championships in Hayward Friday.
Mark your calendars, the date for the 65th Annual Lumberjack World Championships in Hayward, Wisconsin has been changed. Officials made the announcement on Friday. Due to scheduling conflicts with key competition vendors, the dates of the event will be July 17-19 2025.
Officials say the change was needed to “ensure we continue to provide the highest quality competition to athletes and spectators.”
The Lumberjack Run will take place on Champsionship Saturday morning, July 19th.
Lumberjack World Championships athletes compete in a combined twenty-four events, including, logrolling, boom running, sawing, chopping, axe throwing, and speed climbing.
