Taking you to Bryant Park located in the heart of Manhattan, New York
Located amongst the hustle and bustle of New York City, Bryant park stands as a fun escape from the busyness of Times Square.
And now with the holidays approaching fast, the park has fully engaged the winter spirit. Their winter village is now open with close to 200+ vendors, Christmas Tree, and a huge ice rink to skate on.
The park was originally built between 1839 and 1842, starting out as a man made reservoir and was considered an integral part of New York City’s fresh water supply.
Later on the park was named after romantic poet William Cullen Bryant in 1884. Around that time is when the city approved the designs for the New York Public Library which sits behind the park.
The library still has rooms open for researchers but now is mostly a museum.
