Hunters spent time at Superior Shooters Supply on Friday, ahead of the Wisconsin firearms opener.

People were picking up ammunition, or even having their scope re-aligned.

Owner Pat Kukull said that there seems to be more excitement this fall. “The weather may have something to do with it. We always want people to be safe. Be sure of your target, and be safe.”

The firearm season runs through December 1sts, and then the black powder season starts.

Minnesotans have been buying licenses as well, over in Wisconsin.
