Thursday afternoon Hermantown’s Evan Senst and Aidan Adamski signed their letters of commitment to play football at the collegiate level.

Senst, an offensive lineman, committed to Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana. They are part of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).

“These coaches and my teammates, they’ve been with me every step of the way. No one I’d rather have a different group of guys to do it with. They have instilled confidence and everything else that I need to pursue the rest of my career,” Senst said about Hermantown.

Adamski, a running back and defensive end, signed with University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota; a Division I team.

“For me, it was a lot about the respect and the confidence they showed with me. From day one they’ve been there with me, so it was a pretty easy choice,” Adamski said about picking St. Thomas.

This fall the duo helped Hermantown to their first state tournament since 2018, finishing 9-2 in the Class AAAA quarterfinals.
