Update: Names released of two found dead in vehicle parked at DLH

Duluth Police say two people were found dead inside a vehicle that was parked at the Duluth International Airport.

They’ve been identified as: 75-year-old Lawrence Roscoe and 77-year-old Ann Roscoe.

The department said in a statement, “Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Roscoe family and friends as they are grieving the loss of their loved ones.”

Police were attempting to locate a man they believed was having a mental health crisis. The man’s vehicle was found in the parking ramp at DLH. A man and a woman were both found dead inside the vehicle.

The investigation remains ongoing.
