Virtual public meeting to be held Friday for acquisition of ALLETE

The Minnesota Public Utilities Commission is hosting a remote public hearing today regarding the acquisition of ALLETE, Minnesota Power’s parent company, by the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Global Infrastructure Partners.

The hearing will begin at 10 a.m. and will be held virtually on WebEx, allowing participation via internet or phone.
