Brutal Wind Chills expected this week
Flurries or very light snow are possible in far northern Minnesota tonight with some light snow possible in the Bayfield Peninsula. Flurries or some light snow will again be possible Monday. Much colder temperatures return this coming week, when temperatures will likely be 15 to 25 degrees below normal, especially Monday night into Tuesday morning.
Cold Weather Advisories have been issued for much of the area Monday night into Tuesday morning. Wind Chill values will drop into the -25° to -35° range. Cold air will stick around all week with a chance of snow light snow on Friday. The rest of the month looks to stay cold heading into March.

MONDAY
A chance of flurries. Partly sunny, with a high near 10. Breezy, with a west wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

A chance of flurries before 10pm. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming clear, with a low around -20. Wind chill values between -25 and -35. Northwest wind 5 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

Sunny and cold, with a high near 1. Wind chill values between -25 and -35. West wind 5 to 10 mph.
WEDNESDAY
Mostly sunny, with a high near 9. Southwest wind around 5 mph.
