Located in Lincoln Park, Aura Eye is a vintage, consignment, curated, and artisan goods pop-up store whose goal is to help out the environment while also keeping you stylish.

Business partners Laura Mullen and Emily Hicks Nys opened the storefront back in December and are testing the waters for how long they will stay open.

“We are trying to prevent things going to the landfill, and just having fun! A Bright colorful fun retail space right here in Lincoln Park,” says Laura.

Both Laura and Emily have been big vintage fans and have been picking things out for 20+ years now and they say things just came about when a space in the Enger Lofts building opened up.

You’ll find all kinds of things like furniture and art, plus their clothing is vintage too. Laura says it’s important to shop vintage when you are looking to add to your closet. She says, “There’s a lot going on like landfills and fast fashion, this is the exact opposite of that. A lot of these clothes items are incredibly well made and they are going to last for someone else too.”
