In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, Evan Sieve from OMC Smokehouse created the Tipperary.

It includes Irish whiskey, Vikre herbal liqueur, sweet vermouth, and orange bitters.

Sieve said it was invented in a bar in New York. The story goes that someone walked into a bar singing, “It’s a Long Road to Tipperary,” and the bartender was inspired to make a cocktail with Irish whiskey.
