UMD football hires two, promotes one on coaching staff
The UMD football team has made three changes to their coaching staff for the upcoming 2025 season.
The Bulldogs are welcoming in two brand new faces to the program, hiring Jalen Bethany as the new cornerback coach, Jacob Lytton as the running back coach, and elevating Dalton Creighton to the tight end coach.
As a player, Bethany was a wide receiver for Division I-FCS Lindenwood University, seeing action in 18 total games. Lytton served as an offensive coaching intern for the Quad City Steamwheelers indoor football team, and Creighton spent the 2024 season as the assistant defensive line coach for UMD.
