Next, ChatGPT is doing more than just chatting. OpenAI says it’s rolling out a new feature for its chatbot designed to generate images from complex instructions. As an example, OpenAI developed a comic strip in seconds. The updated version also accepts voice commands.
Finally, tackling America’s housing crisis, one marijuana plant at a time: More companies are 3D printing homes out of hemp. The hemp is mixed with other materials to create the walls, a process called hempcrete, which experts say is less expensive than other building materials. Plus, they claim it is mold- and fire-resistant.
