Sabrina Ullman: A few rain chances to end the week.

Today will be sunny with afternoon highs close to sixty degrees throughout the Northland. A northwesterly breeze will shift to the southeast in the afternoon.

Cloud coverage will increase tonight. Overnight lows will be similar to this morning, with most of the Northland dropping to the thirties. Frost is again possible.

Rain chances return midday Friday, moving in from west to east. Showers and potentially thunderstorms are likely in the evening hours, especially east of the Twin Ports. More rain is likely throughout the weekend.

Temperatures will be pretty consistent this week, with afternoon highs close to sixty.

Sunny, with a high near 57. Northwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming southeast in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 15 mph.

Tonight

Partly cloudy, with a low around 39. Southeast wind around 5 mph.

Friday

A 40 percent chance of showers, mainly after 1pm. Increasing clouds, with a high near 58. South wind 5 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

Saturday

A 40 percent chance of showers. Cloudy, with a high near 60. South wind around 5 mph becoming west in the afternoon.

A chance of showers. Mostly sunny, with a high near 61. Breezy, with a northwest wind 10 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.
