Love-A-Pet Adoption Campaign

It was a fun weekend for pet lovers in the Duluth area, has animal Allies Humane Society held its annual year-end love-a-pet campaign and celebration which was in conjunction with Miller Hill Subaru.

The event attracted pet owners and those who were looking to adopt new ones. There were a wild variety of healthy, lovable cats and dogs that found their new forever homes.

One of the organizers Nicole Facciotto said ”It was really fun coming together with a few other local rescue organizations and adopting out tons of sweet little faces. We had cat day on Saturday and adopted out 63 cats and today we are here for dog day. We have about 80 dogs looking for a home and we have got a few out of the door so far so we are really excited”.

The campaign was held in support of an ongoing effort to place pets in loving homes.
