UMD men’s hockey splits weekend with Colorado

The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) men’s hockey team was looking to bounce back against Colorado College after falling Friday 5-0.
UMD however trailed 1-0 heading into the second period as Colorado striked first on the powerplay.
In the second period UMD responded with a powerplay goal of their own from Ben Steeves.
Owen Gallatin got the game winning goal with 1:41 left on the clock in the third period, as UMD won 3-1.
The team returns home next Friday when they host Omaha.
