Cherry falls to Hayfield in State Semifinal

The No.5 Cherry boy’s basketball team was up against No.1 Hayfield in the Class A State semifinals Friday afternoon.
Sophomore standout Isaac Asuma led the Tigers in the match with 36 points.
They would only be down 32-26 at the half.
The Tigers however unfortunately fell 72-61, they will now compete in the third-place game Saturday at 10 a.m.
