Today will be sunny with afternoon highs in the twenties to low thirties. A south wind will become southeast tonight but stay light overall.
Temperatures tonight will be in the teens with portions of the Iron Range and areas north dropping down to the single digits by morning.
The next few days will have afternoon highs in the thirties. Late Friday night, freezing drizzle is possible, becoming all snow by Saturday afternoon. The light snow will persist throughout the day, but accumulations will be mostly an inch or less. Higher elevations along the North Shore could see an extra inch or two.
Sunday and Monday will be quiet as our focus turns to Tuesday. While it is too early to determine snowfall amounts, the current track of a low-pressure system shows a likelihood for impactful snow lasting through Wednesday.
