1 dead in helicopter crash near Elgin in southeast Minnesota

According to Hubbard television station, KAAL-TV, one person is dead after a helicopter crash near Elgin, Minnesota which is about 20 miles northeast of Rochester.
The Wabasha County Sheriff’s and area emergency personnel are on scene. The crash happened just before 4 p.m. in a field near 73rd Street. KAAL is on the scene and say there are areas that are blocked off due to downed power lines.
The NTSB said the crash involved a Robinson R-44 helicopter.
