6 with Northland ties named to USA Hockey Jr. Evaluation Camp

Six skaters with Northland ties have been named to USA Hockey’s 60 man National Junior Evaluation Camp (NJEC).
They include current University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) men’s hockey players Blake Biondi (F), Wyatt Kaiser (D), and Dominic James (F), as well as incoming freshman forward Isaac Howard.
Former Bulldog Connor Kelley (D) and Grand Rapids native, now St. Cloud State University defenseman, Jack Peart have also been invited to camp.
The NJEC runs from July 24th to August 3rd in Plymouth, Michigan. The final 23-man roster for the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) World Juniors team is expected to be announced by August 3rd.
The 2022 IIHF World Junior Championship is set for August 9-20 in Edmonton, Alberta. For full camp details, or the entire roster, click here.
