Batch of Bulldogs heading to NHL development camps

More than ten skaters with University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) men’s hockey ties have been invited to NHL development camps this season.
The list includes three players who heard their names called in last week’s NHL Draft: Dominic James (Chicago Blackhawks), Isaac Howard (Tampa Bay Lightning), and Cole Spicer (Boston Bruins).
Also camp bound will be Bulldogs Luke Loheit (Ottawa Senators), Wyatt Kaiser (Chicago Blackhawks), Blake Biondi (Montreal Canadiens), Jack Smith (Montreal Canadiens), Ben Steeves (Florida Panthers), Quinn Olson (Boston Bruins), Will Francis (Anaheim Ducks) and Aiden Dubinsky (Calgary Flames).
Additionally, UMD goalie Zach Stejskal has been named to the Buffalo Sabres camp roster, and former Bulldog netminder Ryan Fanti will be joining the Edmonton Oilers development camp in Alberta.
The Bulldogs start their season at home October 1st against the Arizona State Sun Devils.
