Brynn Olson following sisters footsteps, signs NLI to play UMD basketball

The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) women’s basketball team announced four new commitments on Wednesday.
Among them is Rice Lake, Wisconsin’s Brynn Olson who signed her National Letter of Intent to play for the Bulldogs. She’s joined by Myra Moorjani of Eden Prairie, Menomonie’s Helen Chen, and Mankato East’s Lexi Karge.
Olson is the sister of UMD senior forward Brooke Olson, who’s is currently leading the team averaging over 21 points and five rebounds a game.

As a junior last year Brynn led the Warriors averaging 15 points a game helping Rice Lake to a Sectional final appearance.
