CSS woman’s soccer falls in first MIAC playoff appearance

The number 6 seeded College of Saint Scholastica (CSS) woman’s soccer faced off Monday night against the number 3 seed, Cardinals from Saint Mary’s.

After 110 minutes where played, no team had yet to register a goal, which moved the game into penalty kicks.

CSS would then only make 1 out of 4 penalty shots, dropping their first Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) postseason game 1-0 in PK’s.
