DIII Hockey: CSS & UWS women notch home wins, UWS men drop home finale

In Division III hockey Friday, the College of St. Scholastica (CSS) and University of Wisconsin Superior (UWS) women picked up wins at home while the UWS men dropped their regular season home finale.

Powered by an Abby Pohlkamp hat-trick CSS skated past St. Catherine winning 6-4.

The UWS women notched an intrastate battle victory downing UW-Stevens Point 4-2.

Gavin Rasmussen scored twice for the UWS men, however they dropped their own intrastate test to UW-Stout 6-4. The Yellowjackets (12-10-2) close out their regular season Saturday visiting Stout at 7pm.
