Minnesota state golf tournament Day 1 Northland results

Day one of the Minnesota state golf tournament teed off Tuesday.
In Class A, the Duluth Marshall boys team finished second with a total of 333 and the North Woods girls landed fifth at 395. Individually Marshall’s Noah Scullard-Bender finished tied for first with a total of 73.
In Class AA, the Cloquet boys team finished seventh with a total of 332, while the Mesabi East girls placed eighth. Individually the Lumberjacks’ Karsen Patten sits tied for eighth with a total of 77.
As of Tuesday night girls individual results for day one had not been published.
