Minnesota Wilderness release playoff schedule, visiting Fairbanks Friday

Securing their North American Hockey League (NAHL) Robertson Cup playoff berth in a thrilling 2-1 overtime win Saturday over the Chippewa Steel, the Minnesota Wilderness are now off to Fairbanks, Alaska to open the postseason.
Earning the fourth seed in the Midwest Division, the Wilderness will drop the puck in the semifinals visiting the top-seeded Fairbanks Ice Dogs Friday. Game two is set for Saturday, with both matches set to begin at 10:30pm Central Time at the Big Dipper Arena.
If the Wilderness trail the series 0-2, the remainder of the best-of-five slate will be held at Cloquet’s Northwoods Credit Union Arena. If Minnesota finishes the weekend tied 1-1 or winning 2-0, game three will be in Fairbanks and, if necessary, games four and five will be played in Cloquet.
If the series is tied 1-1, or the Wilderness lead 2-0:
•Game 3 will be in Fairbanks, Sunday April 24, 5:00 p.m. AKDT (8pm CDT).
•Game 4 (if necessary) will be in Cloquet, Friday, April 29 at 7:15 p.m. CDT
•Game 5 (if necessary) will be in Cloquet, Saturday, April 30 at 7:15 p.m. CDT
If Fairbanks wins the first two games of the series:
•Game 3, in Cloquet, Friday, April 29 at 7:15 p.m. CDT
•Game 4 (if necessary), in Cloquet, Saturday, April 30 at 7:15 p.m. CDT
•Game 5 (if necessary), in Cloquet, Sunday, May 1 at 5:30 p.m. CDT
