Back in march the Essentia Health Boys High School Hockey All-Star Game was held at the Heritage Center, but the Northland’s top girls didn’t get their own chance to shine, until now.
The Northern Elite Development Program, with the help of high school hockey supporters, has organized a Northern Minnesota Girls Hockey School Hockey All Star Game.
It’s set for May 30th at the St. Luke’s Sports and Events Center in Proctor.
At 4pm skaters from 8th-10th grade will face off in the Young Stars Game, then at 6pm 11th and 12th grade all-stars will hit the ice.
At the game food donations will be collected to support local food shelves in Duluth/Grand Rapids and CHUM center.
