Packers’ special teams let down Love in 13-7 loss to Chiefs
The Green Bay Packers did all they could defensively to help out Jordan Love in his first career start.
But their special teams were so abysmal in a 13-7 loss to the Chiefs that even Aaron Rodgers would have had a hard time bailing them out. Mason Crosby missed a field goal and had another one blocked.
The Packers gave up the ball on a punt-return miscue, then nearly did it again later in the game.
Love finished with 190 yards passing and an interception in his first start in place of Rodgers, who tested positive for COVID-19 earlier this week.
