Prep Volleyball: Proctor wins as Jauhola tallies 2,000th set assist, South Ridge & Cloquet get home shutouts

Gabby Jauhola tallied her 2,000th career set assist on Tuesday leading the Proctor volleyball team to victory over Grand Rapids.
The Rails downed the Thunderhawks 25-22 and 25-20 in the first two sets. Rapids won set three 25-15 to stay alive, but Proctor closed it out in the fourth set winning 28-26. The Rails improve to 9-1 on the season while the Thunderhawks fall to 10-6.
In more prep volleyball action on Tuesday, Cloquet and South Ridge both picked up shutout wins at home.
Cloquet downed Esko 3-0 while South Ridge defeated Mountain Iron-Buhl 3-0 for their second straight victory over the Rangers.
