Proctor stands strong in pipes, blanks Duluth Marshall

Senior goalie Sam Johnson made 38 saves as the Proctor boys hockey team shutout Duluth Marshall 1-0 Monday night at Proctor’s St. Luke’s Sports and Event Center.
After a scoreless first period Cooper Johnson netted the sole goal of the game to give the Rails the 1-0 lead.
Proctor (2-1) next visits Pine City Area Friday at 7pm while Duluth Marshall (0-1-1) will host Grand Rapids Thursday at 7:30pm.
