Students "Chalk the Walk" at UWS

University of Wisconsin, Superior students celebrated the start of the fall semester with a “Chalk the Walk” event Thursday.

Students brought color to the campus by making their own sidewalk chalk art and chalk messages.

"I work with student involvement and we just wanted a fun easy way for people to get involved on campus and just enjoy the nice beautiful weather outside before it gets super cold,” explained junior Emma Zinsli.

Zinsli went on to say that these community building activities are especially important after what college life has looked like during the pandemic.
