Subaru and LLS team up to give gestures of hope

Tuesday the Miller Hill Subaru and the LLS Upper Plains Region Teamed up to do some good, for the 7th year in a row.
St. Luke’s and Essentia Hospitals received not only blankets, arts and crafts kits but also messages of hopes. They’ll all go help cancer patients.
We spoke to Catherine Carter Huber, Executive Director of the St. Luke’s Foundation, who celebrates the partnership. "They’ve been wonderful to envelope our patients with love," She says. "They’re a wonderful representation of the community support we receive- from friends and donors that want to help out patients. They let them know they’re not alone."
Shannon Blake, the Regional Advancement Director of the Luekemia and Lymphoma Society, says it’s all about spreading warmth and hope. "It’s amazing this year because we’re our of practice. We haven’t gotten to see any patients our our hospital partners for over two years. So it’s wonderful for us to get out back into the communtity," says Blake.
They delivered 40 new blankets and 10 art kits in total.
