Superior softball earns Sportsmanship Award

The Superior softball team was awarded the WIAA (Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association) Team Sportsmanship Award for the first time in school history.
It’s given to the team that demonstrates outstanding sportsmanship in state tournaments.
The Spartans shutout Cedarburg in five innings in the Division 1 quarterfinals, before falling to this year’s state champion Kaukauna.
Superior finished the season with a record of 20-5.
