The Duluth-Superior Symphony Orchestra has been engaging us in the Twin Ports with music for nearly a century now. The 2021-2022 season kicks off Saturday, October 9th and there is a lot to celebrate from the DSSO’s premiere performance of Jonathan Leshnoff’s suspensful Rush to the Holiday Spectacular, filled with some of your favorite holiday tunes.
This season celebrates our return to togetherness. The DSSO says there is much to celebrate in our lives and in music, highlighting the importance of celebrating our friendships and shared experience of music.
Dirk Meyer who is the Music Director at the DSSO joined Tara Terregino on Good Morning Northland to talk more about the upcoming concerts and what people can expect.
