UMD men’s hockey to open 2022-2023 season hosting Arizona State Oct. 1st

The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) men’s hockey team released their 2022-2023 schedule on Wednesday.
The Bulldogs will host a brand new opponent in Arizona State University for their season opening series October 1st and 2nd.
UMD will open road play at Minnesota State University, Mankato October 14th-15th. The next weekend, Oct. 21-22, the University of Wisconsin will visit AMSOIL Arena for the first time since 2019.
Another fresh face will close out the month as UMD and Cornell University will face off Oct. 28-29th for the first time since 2005.
The Bulldogs open National Collegiate Hockey Conference (NCHC) play November 4th-5th visiting Colorado College. The will host defending national champions the University of Denver on Dec. 9-10.
UMD will pay the University of North Dakota a visit Jan. 20-21, but the Fighting Hawks are not scheduled to come to Duluth.
Their regular season finale is at St. Cloud University March 4th. The NCHC Tournamentmarch follows on March 10th and 11th.
