UMD softball lands at No. 10 in first NCAA Central Regional ranking

Sitting at 29-12 so far this season the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) softball team landed among the top 10 teams in their division.
On Thursday the Bulldogs came in at number 10 in the first NCAA Central Regional rankings.
They currently hold a 14-6 record in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference after notching a doubleheader sweep over Minnesota State University, Moorhead on Wednesday.
UMD is back in action on Saturday hosting Southwest Minnesota State University for another NSIC doubleheader. First pitches are set for 1pm and 3pm at Malosky Stadium.
