UMD to require face coverings at AMSOIL Arena, Romano Gym

On Friday the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) released their updated fan policy for the 2021-2022 season.

In a release they stated "masking will be required for the foreseeable future inside AMSOIL Arena for UMD Bulldog hockey games, and Romano Gymnasium for Bulldog volleyball and basketball games regardless of vaccination status. "

Even if fans show proof of vaccination masks will be required except for when eating or drinking. Sanitation stations will be provided throughout indoor venues.

Currently face coverings are not required at outdoor venues, including Malosky Stadium.
