Old Dominion to play the 2025 Grandstand at the Minnesota State Fair

Let’s warm things up by thinking about the Minnesota State Fair! On Tuesday, fair organizers announced a new booking for the Grandstand Concert Series. According to the release, one of Nashville’s hottest bands, Old Dominion will be taking the stage on Thursday, August 21.

The multi-platinum-selling band is at the forefront of country music. According to the groups press agent, the band has notched nine No. 1 singles on country radio, surpassed five billion on-demand streams and earned a dozen Recording Industry Association of America platinum and gold single certifications.

With hits like ” No Such Thing as a Broken Heart”, “Break Up with Him”, “Snapback” and “One Man Band”, Old Dominion is currently the reigning seven-time Academy of Country Music and seven-time Country Music Association (CMA) Group of the Year.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, January 17 and are available through Etix at etix.com or by calling 800-514-3849. The State Fairgrounds Ticket Office will not be open for in-person sales. Ticket prices are $67-$103.75 (reserved seating); $107-$125.25 general admission pit, no seating) and $134-$149.25 (Party Deck)

The Minnesota State Fair is August 25 – September 1, 2025.

Earlier, it had been announced that Melissa Etheridge and Indigo Girls will be performing on Sunday, August 24, with tickets on sale now.
