Election Update: Tiffany vs Kilbourn for Wisconsin’s 7th District seat
The primary results are in after the August 13 race between Democrats Elsa Duranceau and Kyle Kilbourn, with Kilbourn taking the Democratic spot.
The Associated Press called the race at 10:28 p.m. on August 13.
Kilbourn will go on to face incumbent two-term Republican Tom Tiffany for the chance to represent Wisconsin’s District 7 in Washington. Tiffany ran unopposed in the August primary.
Tiffany has served as the 7th district’s representative since 2020. Prior to this, he served as a Wisconsin state legislator from 2011 to 2020.
Kilbourn is has worked as a product designer and university professor. He holds graduate degrees from the University of Southern Denmark.
