11th annual butterfly release hosted in Chisholm

Fairview Range Home Care and Hospice hosted their 11^th annual butterfly release Wednesday evening.

Earlier this summer, the community was invited to preorder butterflies in memory of their loved ones who have passed or to honor someone who is special to them. The butterflies were then released during Wednesday night’s ceremony.

The event also featured music, poetry readings and the reading of the honored names. Proceeds from the ceremony went towards supporting local hospice families and caregivers. That support included massage therapy and bereavement support literature.
