BlueStar Museum Program offers free admission to active-duty military
Members of our armed forces make sacrifices to ensure our country’s safety. But those soldiers are also our mothers and brothers and sisters and fathers, which means their families must make sacrifices as well.
The Blue Star Museum Program, presented by the National Endowment for the Arts and BlueStar Families, provides free admission to museums to those serving on active duty and up to five of their family members. The program aims to recognize sacrifices made and thank those serving and their families.
Local organizations offering free admission to active-duty members of the military and their families include the William A. Irvin, the Duluth Children’s Museum, the Glensheen Mansion and the Lake Superior Zoo.
