Duluth Fire Department hosts open house
The Duluth Fire Department hosted an open house on Tuesday to highlight Fire Prevention Week in Minnesota. Those who attended were given the opportunity to mingle with department staff and ask questions to the local firefighters. There were also a variety of activities for participants to enjoy including fire extinguisher demonstrations station and rig tours. Kids were also able to get their photo taken with Sparky, the firehouse mascot. Super One Foods and Korner Store donated products for a hot dog dinner and refreshments.
