Duluth police arrest individual for criminal damage to property

The Duluth Police Department arrested a 22-year-old Duluth resident pending charges of Felony Criminal Damage to Property on Tuesday, April 30.

The Department states the individual is the person who has been spray painting the word “plunger” throughout the city.

A release from the department stated, “Good work to our officers for holding him accountable and cleaning up our City from vandalism.”
