FIT4MOM Twin Ports has returned under new ownership.

FIT4MOM is a prenatal and postnatal fitness program that provide fitness classes and a network of moms.

They held a Stroller Stride Saturday morning at the Miller Hill Mall and co-owner Lauren Frizzell says they are already seeing a big increase in participation.

“There’s a lot of people coming back that were here when I came with my youngest, who’s almost eight,” explained Frizzell. “Word of mouth is spreading because moms need a community and we are a village, and we’re here to support all the moms in all stages of motherhood.”
