‘High Risk Predatory Offender’ moved to Duluth
The Duluth Police Department has notified the public that “High Risk Predatory Offender” Levorn Melvin Fisher has moved to the 300 block of North 20th Avenue West, Duluth. Melvin was released from prison in April.
Fisher was in prison for having sexual contact with a known female teen.
The Duluth Police Department is releasing this information pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 244.052 and 253D. These statutes authorize law enforcement agencies to inform the public of a public registrant’s release from prison or a secure treatment facility when the Duluth Police Department believes that the release of information will enhance public safety and protection.
Fisher has served the sentence imposed on them by the court and is transitioning into the community.
