Making candles for Valentine’s Day at Riverside Soy Candles

Looking for an extra special touch to add to your Valentine’s Day gifts? Down in Lincoln Park, Riverside Soy Candles has a wide variety of candle scents just in time for the special day. You can find their online store here.

The locally owned business is run by Danette Thacker, who has been making candles in the basement of her home in the Riverside neighborhood of Duluth as a hobby in 2013. Danette then moved her business into her Lincoln Park location in 2019.

Danette also offers candle making classes by appointment only. Her Valentine’s Day candle workshop is also coming up on on the 14th at 5:30pm. You can find registration information here.
