A new exhibit dedicated to the Duluth Central High School is open at the Duluth Depot, showcasing over 150 artifacts from the school.
Duluth Central was the city’s first high school. It closed back in 2011.
The exhibit was designed by artist and Central alumnus Gary Lundstrom, who with the help with other alumni in the city was able to create the exhibit located in the eastern end of The Depot’s Great Hall in the Fesler Gallery.
Yearbooks, band uniforms, trophies, and a popsicle stick replica of the school fill the space.
Admission is free and it’s open from 10:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Saturday.
