Spirit Mountain taking pride in their ski instructors

With the recent weather, including all that snow, Spirit Mountain has seen more and more people take to the slopes.

They say they want more and more people try out skiing for the first time to. That’s where skiing lessons with their trusted ski instructors come into play. Spirit Mountain takes pride in their instructors and say the people who get lessons from them are in good hands.

Abby Pontynen is one of the many instructors on staff. She says, “I’ve been skiing my entire life and I’ve been teaching people informally my whole life.”

Pontynen’s thoughts on working as an instructor at Spirit Mountain are simple, “It’s fantastic. I can spend my whole winter outside! I’m happy.”
