Superior hit and run causes serious injuries

According to the Superior Police Department, officers responded to reports of a hit and run in the alley behind TJ Champion’s Bar at 715 Belknap Street at 3:46 am on Saturday, December 14th.

A 25-year-old Superior woman had been reportedly hit by a car and was seriously injured.

Good Samaritans on the scene brought the victim to the hospital before authorities arrived

Authorities have a description of the suspected vehicle and encourage anyone with information to contact the Superior Police Department.

An investigation is ongoing into the incident.
