The Lake Superior Railroad Museum is getting ready to welcome guests to a free Community Day this Saturday from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
The Lake Superior Railroad Museum is getting ready to welcome guests to a free community day this Saturday from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
In partnership with The Depot and the Duluth Public Library, this opportunity gives the chance for families to explore the rich railroad history that Duluth and the Northland has.
Executive Director Ken Buehler says, “So we get a lot of people that normally don’t have the resources to maybe bring the whole family with ma and pa and the kids and maybe grandparents or the next-door neighbors.”
At the railroad museum you’ll get to see big steam engines small steam engines, diesel engines, model replicas of the railway, and so much more. For more information you can check out the Lake Superior Railroad Museum’s website here.
