Authorities continue to search for missing Roseville woman

The Anoka County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Roseville woman. Marina Christine Dougall, 36, was last seen in Minneapolis in September 2023. She was reported missing in May 2024. Marina’s family have family not heard from her since September 2023.

Authorities say Marina stayed in the Franklin Ave N. area of Minneapolis, but frequented Anoka County and other parts of the Twin Cities Metro Area. Investigators believe she may have been in the in the Burnett County, Wisconsin, area Sept. 20-22, 2023, and then dropped off at the Norwood Inn in Roseville.

According to a BCA Alert sent on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, Marina has a medical condition which, without medication, could lead to medical complications or death. Marina is 5’9″ tall and 140 pounds. She has brown hair and green eyes. The Anoka County Sheriff’s Office says she has a chipped front tooth and multiple tattoos. She has a flower on her right hand and left shoulder, a snowflake on the right side of her abdomen and a large back tattoo. She has history of mental health issues and substance abuse.

Authorities say Marina was born in Russia and has a slight accent.
