Arson charge filed in Decker road fire
WDIO received this photo from Summer Allen of a fire behind Miller Hill mall on Decker Road around 9:30pm moments before the Duluth Fire Department were on the scene to extinguish the flames.
A Duluth man faces an arson charge for Sunday’s blaze on Decker road.
A criminal complaint says Mark Paul Anderson started burning appliances earlier in the day near the garage and then poured gasoline in the garage and started that on fire.
The complaint says Anderson may have been going through a paranoia episode when he spoke to officers on the scene.
